Q1. What's your product range?

A:  We specialized in all kind of paper jewelry boxes, watch boxes, wine boxes and cardboard gift box.

Q2. Are you a manufacturer?

A:  Yes, we have been in packaging industry since 2016, our factory located in Hunan, China.

Q3: Do you accept customize?

A:  Yes, we can customized your LOGO on all products.

Q4.What type of format does my artwork need to be in?

A:   We can accept artwork with any of the following type of files Adobe Illustrator, In Design, PDF, PNG, either is the best.

Q5. Can I get a FREE sample?

A:  Yes! For sample no need printing, we can make sample FOC and required client to take responsible for the express fee. But if you have to get actual sample which using printing machine like production, we have to charge sample fee which is around USD50 to USD100. But sample fee can be refunded if order is big enough.

Q6: What is your MOQ?
A: Usually our MOQ is 2000pcs. MOQ will be changed depend on the different material, size and workmanship.

Q7. What are your terms of delivery?

A:  We can provide EXW, FOB and CIF etc.

Q8. When can I get the quotation?

A:  The formal quotation will be provided within two hours after details confirmed which included material, size, order quantity, packing request.

Q9: What is the delivery time?

A:  For mass production will be 15- 30 days. It depends on quantity and workmanship.

For samples is around 3- 5 days.

Q10. How can I arrange shipment?

A:  1) You can either use your required shipping forwarder, give us the contact so that we can arrange the shipment for you.

2) If you don’t have available shipping forwarder, just advise us the airport or sea port so that we can give you quotation, you will not have headache even you have no experience in it, and our marketing team will give you professional advice in shipping, we can give you air freight cost with delivery time and sea freight cost with delivery time.

Q11. What warranty you can give me?

A:  After received your goods, please feel free to speak out your problem either about our service or quality within 7 days, your comments is the direction for us to make improvement. We will find the best solution together.
